In a world shaped by perception, Kit Price moves with an instinctive ease—where authenticity and subtlety become a new language for modern masculinity.
At a time when menswear is moving beyond rigid definitions and into a space of exploration, Kit Price emerges as one of the faces instinctively aligned with this shift. His career—shaped across editorials, runways, and collaborations with international fashion houses—is defined by a presence that resonates through something more essential.
Far from a traditional notion of masculinity, Price embraces a more personal and fluid approach. In conversation with L’Beauté Homme, he reflects on authenticity, his evolution within the industry, and his perspective on Dior under Jonathan Anderson—a moment where past and present are allowed to coexist.

L’BEAUTÉ HOMME In a world where image is everything, how do you preserve a sense of authenticity within your work as a model?
KIT PRICE I think it’s important to remember that as a model, you’re more than just a mannequin. Your role is to help tell the story the clothes were designed to express. For me, bringing a quieter, more natural version of myself into an outfit is what people tend to connect with most.

There is often a quiet narrative behind every gaze on the runway—what story do you feel you are telling when you walk?
It’s never one fixed story. Often a designer has a specific emotion or feeling they want to convey, and my job is to embody that as honestly as possible. It’s about translating something abstract into something people can feel.

How has your relationship with fashion evolved from your first casting to now, both personally and artistically?
Tremendously. Before I got into fashion, I was still wearing a lot of clothes my mum had bought me—there wasn’t much interest beyond that. Now I see fashion completely differently. I recognise its power in self-expression, in shaping how people perceive you and how you perceive yourself. It can give you confidence, allow you to explore different versions of who you are, and ultimately tell a story.

The industry is constantly redefining masculinity—how do you interpret it through your presence and style?
I don’t think the industry can redefine masculinity—it’s something that comes from within. For me, it’s about wearing whatever makes you feel confident, whether that’s a crop top or a long black trench coat.
If your personality were a fashion piece, would it be a perfectly tailored blazer, a vintage leather jacket, or something entirely unexpected—and why?
Probably a leather jacket—I’ve got a fair few of them in my wardrobe. It feels timeless, but also a bit rebellious.

Is there a particular moment in your career—a casting, a show, or even a rejection—that quietly changed the way you see yourself today?
I’ve heard a lot more no’s than yeses throughout my modelling career, and learning to be comfortable with that has been incredibly valuable. It’s helped me detach from things feeling personal and trust in the bigger picture.
When you look ahead, do you see your path remaining within fashion, or are there other creative worlds you feel drawn to explore?
Fashion will always be a part of my world, but I’d like to explore beyond it over time. That said, I want to feel fully content with what I’ve achieved within the industry first.
Do you think Jonathan Anderson’s new collection at Dior speaks to the new generation, or does it lean more into timeless heritage?
I think Jonathan Anderson has managed to make it feel relevant to a new generation while still respecting Dior’s heritage. There’s a real confidence in allowing the past and present to coexist rather than choosing between them.

Was there a particular Dior look or detail from the shoot that stayed with you after the day wrapped?
We shot one of the looks in a beautiful garden surrounded by vintage cast iron swans, and it just felt so aligned with what Jonathan Anderson was doing at Dior.
On a day off, what does a perfect day look like for you—where are you, what are you wearing, and what’s on repeat?
The perfect day would start with some fluffy eggs and Brent Faiyaz playing in the background. I’d probably spend some time on the sofa watching YouTube, head to the gym, and then meet friends at the pub in the evening. Ideally, I’d be in joggers and a hoodie the whole day
